Continuing Medical Education

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Eduction (ACCME) through the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) and the American Society for Investigation Pathology (ASIP).  FASEB is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.   FASEB designated this educational activity for a maximum of 36 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).  

CME application forms will be available online beginning April 24, 2010.  There is a $45 application fee, payable upon submission of the form.

Meeting Objective/Target Audience

The objective of this meeting is to provide a forum for the exchange of new research by scientists and investigators.  At the completion of this meeting, participants should be able to:

1)  discuss the research underway and/or the current topics relevant to their areas of interest in pathology;

2)  demonstrate a gained level of insight into the methods being used by researchers and practitioners in this field; and

3)  describe a personal exposure to several stimulating areas of inquiry with speakers in related areas.  This meeting is targeted to clinical practitioners, research scientists, and medical education professionals.
