What is the cancellation/refund policy?A registration processing fee of $50 will be deducted for all refund requests. The deadline for canceling and receiving a refund less the processing fee is March 23, 2012. Requests must be made by email and include your email confirmation receipt. After March 23, 2012 there will be no refunds or cancellations, including no-shows. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect category of registration or denied visas.
